{basename}, {filename} or {date} when applying one template across a batch.Comma-separated is conventional, but the PDF stores this as text.
Blanking a field removes it from the new Info dictionary. Unicode is written as UTF-16BE hexadecimal PDF strings for broad compatibility.
PDF prepress flag. Most ordinary documents should leave this unchanged.
Custom Info properties are useful for internal workflows. Keys are restricted to safe ASCII PDF-name characters for interoperability.
