Verification audit
Exact-value notes
Results stay on this device. Repeating fractions use parentheses, e.g. decimal 1/3 = 0.(3).
IEEE-754 inspector
IEEE-754 views use the browser’s native JavaScript Number conversion and are intentionally separate from the exact rational converter.

Exact by design
Values are stored as reduced BigInt numerator/denominator pairs, so large integers and fractions do not pass through floating-point arithmetic.
Repeating fractions
Use parentheses for recurring digits: 0.(3) in decimal or 0.(01) in binary. Repeating output is detected exactly when the cycle fits the selected limit.
Signed integer lab
The bit lab calculates signed two’s-complement representations up to 512 bits and shows big- and little-endian byte order.
Float lab is separate
IEEE-754 float views intentionally use native 32-bit and 64-bit floating-point semantics, so you can compare exact rational values with machine representations.
Privacy
All conversion, verification and batch work happens locally. This tool has no server upload path and no required account.
Limits
This tool is specialized for bases 2, 10 and 16. Use the separate Base Converter when you need arbitrary bases up to 62.
