Standards-based parsing
The parser delegates URL resolution and serialization to the platform URL implementation, which follows the modern WHATWG URL model used by browsers.
Parse, normalize, inspect and compare URLs with the browser’s standards-based URL engine. Resolve relative references, preserve duplicate query keys, inspect raw and decoded components, generate a share-safe redacted URL, and review normalization/security-sensitive details locally.

Rows preserve duplicate keys and query order. “Raw” reflects the normalized URL’s serialized query string; decoded values follow form-query semantics where + represents a space.

Same-origin requires scheme, host and effective port to match. Path, query and fragment are intentionally shown separately; “same origin” is not the same thing as “same URL”.

Default ports, Unicode hostnames, path resolution and percent-encoding may serialize differently from what you typed. The tool shows the normalized result instead of pretending the input text is canonical.
The redacted URL masks embedded credentials and query keys that look like passwords, tokens, API keys, sessions or secrets. It is a heuristic aid, not a guarantee that every sensitive value has been detected.
Repeated keys can be meaningful. This tool keeps their order and exposes them individually rather than silently collapsing them into a dictionary.
References such as ../img/logo.svg need a base URL. Resolution follows the same URL model used by the browser.
No URL is sent to OneFreePlace for parsing. This tool does not visit the destination, fetch DNS, check reputation or make network requests.
