Reporting-safe naming system

Keep each source and medium value stable across the organization. Google Analytics treats UTM values as case sensitive, so Instagram and instagram can fragment reporting. Use utm_content to distinguish creative/placement variants, and utm_term for keywords or audience identifiers when useful. Keep campaign names durable enough to survive across channels.
