2026 Slovenia rule set
PIT: 16%, 26%, 33%, 39% and 50% across the official 2026 brackets. Employee SSC: 22.10% standard social contributions plus 1% long-term-care contribution = 23.10%. Employer: 16.10% + 1% long-term care = 17.10%.
OZP: €37.17/month through February 2026 and €39.36/month from March 2026. General allowance is €5,551.93, with the statutory enhanced formula for total income up to €17,766.18.
The model also supports the 2026 child/dependant, under-29, over-70, 100%-disability and voluntary-pension allowances. For employer-cost planning, it models the contribution-base floor of €1,436.95 for Jan–Feb and €1,521.62 from March, with the shortfall contribution borne by the employer.
