Your salary
Annual employment planning. Enter gross amounts before employee deductions.
For verified youth / return / 4+ / working-senior relief. Shared statutory cap: PLN 85,528.
Include Labour Fund + FGŚP
Common 2.45% + 0.10% employer planning assumption; statutory exemptions can apply.
Advanced rule notes
Employee pension (9.76%) and disability (1.5%) contributions use the 2026 annual contribution-base ceiling of PLN 282,600. Sickness insurance (2.45%) and employee health insurance continue without that ceiling. Health is modeled as 9% of gross less employee social contributions.
For PIT-exempt income, social contributions attributable to the exempt share are not deducted from taxable income. This tool applies the official proportional approach for employment-only planning.
