Employer social is modeled as 24.4% on the capped monthly base plus 0.8% accident insurance on the uncapped base for a standard employee. For modeled old-age pensioner employment, the capped employer rate excludes 3% invalidity and 0.5% unemployment insurance (20.9%), while accident insurance remains uncapped. Employer health is 11%, or 5.5% where the reduced health rate applies.

Planning estimate for 2026. Actual payroll can differ because social-insurance assessment is monthly, payroll rounding matters, benefit treatment varies, child-bonus eligibility can depend on household and residence-source conditions, and annual reconciliation can differ from monthly withholding.
